OUR GUARANTEE MAKES IT QUICK AND EASY:

Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free after sales experience. Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order and we'll help you solve the problem.
 
•⁠  ⁠*Return Window:* Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for store credit, provided you have the original receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Returns failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted.
 
•⁠  ⁠*Non-Refundable Items:* Please be advised that all sales become final 10 days after delivery. Custom-made and engraved items, along with all handbag purchases, are non-refundable and considered final sale.
 
 
•⁠  ⁠*Condition of Merchandise:* Any merchandise that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange. The decision regarding the condition of returned items rests solely with RICHTIER.
 
Cancellation:

Since our watches are shipped from our warehouse, if you want to cancel the order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, if the warehouse has not arranged the shipment, we will cancel the order.
 
However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
 
 
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
 
If there is a problem with the order, e-mail or Whatsapp contact us within 7 business days of the receipt. Attach your order number, a description of the problem with the item and photos, let us know of your return or exchange.
 
You will get an effective return address via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without address is provided.
 
Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
 
Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
 
Allow up to 30 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at e-mail or Whatsapp to follow up on your request.
 
Refund or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
 
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, Production costs for personalised items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
 
NOTICE:

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items.
 
In addition the customer may be liable for customs charges on the returned items, which will be incurred when the returned items arrive at customs in China.
 
 
DISCLAIMERS:

All sales are final after 10 days from receival.
